Download and Install Norton device security on Windows

For China, Japan, and Korea: If your Norton product is not registered to your account, check the purchase confirmation email which includes the product key and link to download your Norton product. Once the installation is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to create an account to install on additional devices.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  1. Go to my.Norton.com and sign in with your Norton account email address and password.
  2. In the dashboard page, click Download.
    If you want to install a different subscribed product, go to My Subscriptions. In the My Subscriptions tab, select the Norton product with an active subscription and click Download.
  3. In the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.
  4. If you are installing on Windows 11/10 in S mode, click Get it from Microsoft and follow the prompts to install from the Microsoft store.
  5. Once the download completes run the installer from your browser, press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded. 
  6. If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Download and Install Norton device security on Mac

  1. Go to my.Norton.com and sign in with your Norton account email address and password.
  2. In the dashboard page, click Download.
    If you want to install a different subscribed product, go to My Subscriptions. In the My Subscriptions tab, select the Norton product with an active subscription and click Download.
  3. In the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.
  4. To install Norton product version 8.x or later, you need to have Mac OS X 10.10.x or later.
  5. Before you install, we recommend that you click Norton License Agreement and read your product license agreement.

Install Norton device security on Android

💡If you see any problems with installing Norton 360 app on your mobile device, make sure that your device has the latest version of Google Play Store app, and all the latest system updates installed.

  1. On your Android device, launch the Google Play Store app, and search for Norton 360 app.

  2. On the Norton 360 app screen, tap Install.

  3. When the installation finishes, tap Open.

  4. Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, and then tap Sign in.

  5. Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.

  6. To ensure complete protection, you need to provide permissions for your device settings to continue using App Security, Internet Security, and Wi-Fi Security features. In the Norton 360 app main screen, tap Security, and then at the top-right corner tap Configure Icon icon.

  7. In the Permission Setup screen, tap Get started, and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up and allow the following settings.

    💡The instructions may vary depending on your device, device manufacturer, and operating system.

    • Turn on Norton 360 Service

    • Allow Norton 360 to run in the background

    • Turn on Draw over other apps

    • Allow Norton 360 to access your device location

    • Turn on location settings

Install Norton device security on iPhone or iPad

  1. On your iOS device, launch the Apple App Store app, and search for Norton 360 app.

  2. On the Norton 360 app screen, tap GET or download icon Servlet.image Server 3 .

  3. When the installation finishes, tap Open.

  4. Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, and then tap Sign in.

  5. Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
