How to Activate

Here's how you can use Norton 360, follow the steps below

Check Activation Message

Check your SMS or email for your Norton activation link.

Waiting Page

After clicking the link, a waiting page will automatically appear.

Application Installed

Once the application is installed, a popup will appear. Click the continue button.

Download Norton App

Search for “Norton 360 Mobile” in the Google Play Store or App Store, then install it.

Consent Page

The system will perform the user approval process. Click Continue to continue.

Automatic login not working?

Select "Already Purchased?", then click "Enter Partner Code".

Login with otp

Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP via SMS. If you are using a network connection associated with your registered mobile number, the OTP may be sent automatically without requiring you to enter your number first.

Login otp or partner code not appearing?

If you have logged in before and the login otp or partner code does not appear, clear the Norton app data or reinstall the app, then try signing in again.

Please wait until the initial scan process for your device is complete.

Click "Set up now" to start activating the security feature.
